Selbstverständnis 

„Sororidad”, oder auf Deutsch Solidarität, steht für ein Bündnis zwischen Frauen. Er ist ein Begriff, der die feministische Bewegung inspiriert und ein Schlüssel zur Schaffung von Netzwerken von Frauen ist, die gemeinsam den Weg hinzu Gleichberechtigung und Befreiung gehen. „Sororidad” wird dabei als ein politischer Vorschlag für Frauen betrachtet, um sich zu verbünden, zusammenzuarbeiten und Bewegungen anzuführen. Für den Verein Sorora e.V. ist die Schwesternschaft daher der Schlüssel damit Frauen mit Menschen arbeiten können, die ihre Probleme verstehen. Es bedeutet eine neue Art, die Frauen um sich herum zu betrachten und ist bedingt durch Respekt, gegenseitige Fürsorge und die Schaffung von Netzwerken, um Machtstrukturen zu verändern.

Deutlich wird, dass es ohne Solidarität nicht möglich ist, Ungerechtigkeit zu beenden. Daher bemisst Sorora e.V. nicht nur dem Wort an sich, sondern der Ausführung des oben genannten Selbstverständnisses große Wichtigkeit zu. Deutlich wird auch, dass Geschlecht nicht die einzige Kategorie ist, die in unserer Gesellschaft Machtdifferenzen generiert. Es geht zudem darum, Mehrfachdiskriminierung sichtbar zu machen und anzuerkennen, dass es neben Sexismus auch noch andere Themen gibt, die den Feminismus betreffen. Ziel von Sorora e.V. ist ein intersektionaler Feminismus, sprich, ein Feminismus für alle. Das bedeutet nicht, dass er für alle sprechen will noch kann: Denn gerade die Erkenntnis, dass dies überhaupt nicht möglich ist, gehört zu seinen Errungenschaften. Daher versucht Sorora e.V. in der Vereinsarbeit Unterschiede anzuerkennen und nicht trotz, sondern wegen diesen Unterschieden Einigung zu erzielen.

Die Vereinsarbeit fokussiert sich dabei auf das Bilden von feministischen Bündnissen und Allianzen sowie der Vernetzung mit anderen feministischen Vereinen oder Vereinen, die sich mit Machtdifferenzen und Mehrfachdiskriminierungen auseinandersetzen. Es soll dabei immer darauf geachtet werden, dass eine deutliche Mehrheit von weiblich gelesenen Mitgliedern sowie Mitgliedern mit Mehrfachdiskriminierungen existiert. Schwerpunkt der Vereinsarbeit ist des Weiteren, durch die Produktion und Organisation von innovativen, hochkarätigen, mutigen und innovativen Kunst- und Kulturveranstaltungen, eine intersektionale Diskussion über das Thema Gender sowie die Förderung der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter anzuregen und Räume zum Austausch, zum Aktivismus und zur Kollaboration zu öffnen. Mitarbeiten können dabei alle Künstlerinnen*, Initiativ- und Projektgruppen ohne Unterscheidung nach Herkunft, Sprache oder Alter. Alles in allem gilt das Verständnis eines nicht-linearen und sich ständig verändernden Feminismus als Grundlage aller Diskussion. Deutlich hervorgehoben werden soll jedoch immer der gemeinsame Weg hinzu Gleichberechtigung und Befreiung sowie Respekt, gegenseitige Fürsorge und die Schaffung von Netzwerken, um Machtstrukturen zu verändern.

Autoconcepción

“Sororidad”, o solidaridad en alemán, significa una alianza entre mujeres. Es un término que inspira el movimiento feminista y es clave para la creación de redes de mujeres que juntas recorren el camino hacia la igualdad y la liberación. La “Sororidad” es vista como una propuesta política para que las mujeres se unan, cooperen y lideren movimientos. Para Sorora e.V. la hermandad es la clave para que las mujeres puedan trabajar con personas que entiendan sus problemas. Significa una nueva forma de ver a las mujeres que les rodean y está condicionada por el respeto, el cuidado mutuo y la creación de redes para cambiar las estructuras de poder.

Deja claro que sin solidaridad no es posible acabar con la injusticia. Por lo tanto, Sorora e.V. concede gran importancia no sólo a la palabra como tal, sino también a la ejecución de la autocomprensión antes mencionada. También está claro que el género no es la única categoría que genera diferencias de poder en nuestra sociedad. También se trata de hacer visible la discriminación múltiple y reconocer que hay otras cuestiones, además del sexismo, que afectan al feminismo. El objetivo de Sorora e.V. es un feminismo interseccional, es decir, un feminismo para todos. Esto no significa que quiera hablar por todos ni que pueda hablar por todos: Porque darse cuenta de que esto no es posible es uno de sus logros. Por lo tanto, Sorora e.V. trata de reconocer las diferencias en la labor de la asociación y de llegar a un acuerdo no a pesar de esas diferencias sino debido a ellas.

La labor de la asociación se centra en la formación de alianzas y vínculos feministas, así como en la creación de redes con otras asociaciones o clubes feministas que se ocupan de las diferencias de poder y la discriminación múltiple. Siempre se debe asegurar que haya una clara mayoría de miembros leídos por mujeres y miembros con múltiples discriminaciones. Además, el principal objetivo de la labor de la asociación es estimular un debate intersectorial sobre el tema del género y la promoción de la igualdad de género mediante la producción y organización de eventos artísticos y culturales innovadores, de alto perfil y valientes, y abrir espacios de intercambio, activismo y colaboración. Todas las mujeres artistas*, grupos de iniciativa y de proyectos pueden participar sin distinción de origen, idioma o edad. En definitiva, la comprensión de un feminismo no lineal y siempre cambiante es la base de toda discusión. Sin embargo, siempre debe destacarse claramente el camino común hacia la igualdad y la liberación, así como el respeto, el cuidado mutuo y la creación de redes para cambiar las estructuras de poder.

“Sororidad”, or solidarity in english, stands for an alliance between women. It is a term that inspires the feminist movement and is a key to the creation of networks of women who together walk the path towards equality and liberation. “Sororidad” is seen as a political proposal for women to unite, cooperate and lead movements. For Sorora e.V. Sisterhood is the key to enabling women to work with people who understand their problems. It means a new way of looking at the women around them and is conditioned by respect, mutual care and the creation of networks to change power structures.

It makes it clear that without solidarity it is not possible to end injustice. Therefore Sorora e.V. attaches great importance not only to the word as such, but also to the execution of the above-mentioned self-understanding. It is also clear that gender is not the only category that generates power differences in our society. It is also about making multiple discrimination visible and acknowledging that there are other issues besides sexism that affect feminism. The goal of Sorora e.V. is an intersectional feminism, that is, a feminism for all. This does not mean that it wants to speak for all nor can it speak for all: For the very realisation that this is not possible, is one of its achievements. Therefore Sorora e.V. tries to recognize differences in the work of the association and to reach agreement not despite but because of these differences.

The work of the association focuses on the formation of feminist alliances and alliances as well as networking with other feminist associations or clubs that deal with power differences and multiple discrimination. It should always be ensured that there is a clear majority of members who are read by women and members with multiple discriminations. Furthermore, the main focus of the association’s work is to stimulate an intersectional discussion on the topic of gender and the promotion of gender equality through the production and organization of innovative, high-profile, courageous and innovative art and cultural events, and to open up spaces for exchange, activism, and collaboration. All-female artists*, initiative, and project groups can participate without distinction of origin, language, or age. All in all, the understanding of non-linear and ever-changing feminism is the basis of all discussion.
